It may look boring and derivative, but Byd’s latest purely electrical limousine, E7, is another example of how far the old car manufacturers fall back-not only in the EV race, but also in manufacturing efficiency. If so boring and derivative is so affordable, then register me. Currently only in China The BYD E7 is available in three drugs, which are rated between 103,800 and 115,800 yuan (~ 14,400 to 16,000 US dollars).
The E7 is aimed at young buyers and taxi services and offers two CLTC areas -450 km and 520 km -from BYDS Blade LFP batteries (48 kWh and 57.6 kWh) and a 100 kW (134 hp) front engine with 180 Nm torque.
With regard to the design, it has a “smiley face” at the front, layered with a duck tail and by the type of type and traditional door handles that reflect its budget positioning. The medium-sized sedan measures 4780 × 1515 mm with a wheelbase of 2820 mm and 16-inch wheels. The top speed is 150 km/h and the fast shop takes less than 30 minutes.
The interior comprises a 15.6-inch central screen, a 5-inch instrument plate, a steering wheel with a flat floor and BYDS Dilink 100 OS. Other characteristics are a 528 -L case, a panorama sliding roof and a remote control for A/C and door functions.
